Good of you to join. I’m Anat, a loving mother of two. l reside in Hadar -Am, a small village located in the rural area of Emek Hefer in Israel. I am a child developmental therapist for babies and toddlers and over a decade have been practicing the Vardi Method. I truly believe in early intervention by implementing neuro-movement therapy together with parental guidance and developmental instruction.
The connection between the body and the mind has always been an astonishing and powerful one to me.
I am in constant research of the amazing “human body” - it’s movements, abilities and perceptions that arise each time that it is faced with the challenges I set before it. I grew up in the USA and as a child was always involved in various forms of sports and dance. As a gymnast and swimmer in the past, and a current certified children’s yoga instructor today, sports and exercise body movement have always been an ongoing part of my life. Through this extensive experience, I have gained important knowledge of coordination and the body-mind connection, all of which are contributing factors to reach the fullest potential of each individual.
Within the framework of my academic studies in the field of Linguistics at Tel Aviv University, I had focused on language development in children and its complexity. In addition, I researched and studied the complex and interesting area of sensory processing and disorders amongst children and babies
